Meet the neighbors

You're not the only guests here.

"Fridge even had a dozen fresh eggs from her chickens! All of the animals were right there for us to see and even feed. They really loved our leftover pancakes!" — Krissi, Apr 2026

The space

Your own guest house on the quiet side of the valley.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.

A private guest house on the family's working mini-farm — your own space with its own separate entrance, joined to the main house by a bright sunroom in between. Set between Franklin and Spring Hill and just 35 minutes south of downtown Nashville, it wakes up to country-valley views, then puts Historic Franklin, Leiper's Fork and the city all within easy reach.

Your bedroom has a queen bed topped with a Casper mattress, room-darkening shades and closet space. The full kitchen is prepped to cook a proper meal, the living room has an electric recliner couch and a flat-screen with free Wi-Fi and Netflix, and the upstairs bath is topped with a skylight. Best of all: morning coffee on the patio, watching the land wake up.

A no-smoking farm. Not pet-friendly — the animals have the run of the place.
